With a pre-paid plan you can reach our support team via email at support@pscom.gr and benefit from the support of a standard contract (response time of 4 business hours) for the plans specified number of hours, without charges.
Note: A pre-paid plan can be purchased once per year. It includes a minimum of 12 support hours and the minimum time of technical support per request is set at 30 minutes.
With a annual standard support contract you can reach our support team via email at support@pscom.gr and our engineers will take care of your support requests during working hours, with a response time of 4 business hours, without charges.
With an annual 24/7 contract you have communication with a technician on his mobile phone where he undertakes your requests outside working hours, with priority and response time based on your contract plan.
